Offered is the original, first printing of the poster created to promote a series of concerts, presented by Bill Graham at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, from January 6-8, 1967. These shows featured performances by The Doors, Young Rascals and Sopwith Camel. This run was The Doors' first appearance at the Fillmore and they received bottom billing! This cool, psychedelic poster was designed by Wes Wilson and is designated BG-44-OP-2 in the Eric King Guide (.0080" stock; verso does not glow under black light). The offered example measures approx. 14" x 24" and is in spectacular, near mint condition with highly saturated colors and perfect registration.…gorgeous poster!
