AUCTION - BG-160 - Santana Greg Irons - 1968 Poster - Fillmore West - Mint

Cool Greg Iron’s poster for Santana at the Fillmore West in February 1969. Greg used a cityscape as the central image with a cool photograph of the bands original line-up. Keep in mind that Santana had not yet released their groundbreaking eponymously named 1st LP. That would not occur until after their explosive performance at Woodstock later in the year. This original 1st & only printing is referred to as BG-160-OP-1 in Eric King’s Guide to Poster Art. The poster measures about 22” x 13 1/8” and is in mint condition.
