Here is a very popular Summer of Love poster for Buffalo Springfield’s 1967 performance at the Fillmore. Tucked away as a third billing is the Hour Glass, featuring both Duane & Gregg Allman. Stanley Mouse designed this quirky poster using a giant turbine, actually made by the Buffalo-Springfield Company of Springfield, Ohio, as the central image. This is the original first printing, designated as BG-98-OP-2 in Eric King’s Guide to Psychedelic Poster art. It measures about 21 1/8” x 11”. The poster is in flawless mint condition. It has been beautifully signed in black sharpie by Mouse. Check out that signature. A true work of art!
