AUCTION - BG- 68/69 - Jimi Hendrix/ The Who - 1967 Mailer - Fillmore Auditorium - Excellent

Here is a unique item for sale: an original mailer from the Bill Graham Fillmore Series. This is notable as the first uncut double mailer. The left side features The Who, while the right side showcases Jimi Hendrix. The concert dates are June 16-17 and June 20-25, 1967. These performances took place either concurrently with or immediately after the Monterey Pop Festival, where both bands captured the audience’s attention on the West Coast.

The mailer includes BG68 (The Who) and BG69 (Hendrix and Jefferson Airplane). The artwork for BG68 was created by Bonnie MacLean, and the art for BG69 was designed by Clifford Charles Seeley. This item was mailed to a recipient in Millbrae, California.

It measures 7" x 9" and is in excellent condition, featuring a single fold along the middle and minor signs of handling. It is a superb collectible.
