AUCTION - AOR 3.190 - Yardbirds The Who - 1965 Poster - UK Festival - Excellent

Offered here is a rare, original concert poster from Richmond, England. This is the Fifth Annual Jazz and Blues Festival. The show dates were August 6-8, 1965. Some of the performers include the Yardbirds, the Moody Blues, the Animals, the Who, and the Steam Packet featuring Rod Stewart. The Yardbirds had at the time both Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page. This was a pretty good weekend! This poster is pictured in the Art of Rock book on page 312, plate 3.190. The piece measures 19 15/16" x 29 7/8". The condition is Excellent, with two horizontal folds near the top, handling, edge wear, and an edge tear on the left edge next to the words "Graham Bond". Very rare.
