We are pleased to offer this very rare, original concert handbill featuring The Velvet Underground at the Music Hall in Cleveland, Ohio, on December 1, 1968, supported by Canned Heat and Apple Pie Motherhood. This afternoon performance began at 2:30 PM. The handbill also advertises an appearance by Tim Buckley on November 27, 1968, at the New Performing Arts Theater. Measuring 5" x 7", this piece is currently the only known documentation of this event, as no poster is known to exist. It is in excellent condition, featuring minor tack holes at the top center. This is a must-have acquisition for both Velvet Underground and Cleveland music memorabilia collectors.
