AUCTION - Stanley Mouse - Airbrush Art - Detroit Institute of Arts - 1970 Poster & Art - Excellent

This is a test print poster created by Stanley Mouse for his exhibition at the Detroit Institute of Arts in 1970, titled “The Graphic Works of Stanley Mouse – in collaboration with Alton Kelley.” An example of this poster can be found on page 34 of the book “Mouse and Kelley,” published in 1979.

The back of this test print features an original airbrush artwork by Mouse, depicting a mouse with his hands in his pockets. This poster originated from the estate of Alton Kelley.

It's in Excellent condition with light toning, handling bends throughout and bends in the corners, there's also a small tear in the left margin. The dimensions of the poster are 20" by 26".
