AUCTION - Phil Lesh - Alton Kelley Owned/Signed - 2001 Poster - Near Mint Minus

This lovely poster from San Francisco's Maritime Hall is for a show by Phil Lesh and Friends. They played four nights, from February 15–18 in 2001. Alton Kelley did the artwork and Phil Lesh had a relationship going back to the early days of the Grateful Dead. Here he is in 2001 doing his masterfully amazing work. This piece comes from Alton Kelley's personal collection and he has Pos the piece in silver pen on the front and also in black pen to his wife Marguerite on the reverse. Phil put together a pretty stout lineup of friends: Rob Barraco, Warren Haynes, Jimmy Herring, and John Molo. Quite the company of amigos. This twice-signed poster measures approximately 12" x 18". The piece is in Near Mint Minus condition, with only minor handling, probably due to Kelley having signed both sides.
