Featuring artwork by Nick Sherman of BSKT Screen Printing, this is a highly elusive piece; it is believed that as few as 10 copies were printed, as Neil Young reportedly discouraged publicity for this one-off performance, which featured an iconic encore jam session with Eddie Vedder.
