This is an original artwork created for The Matrix in San Francisco, CA, intended to advertise the schedule of shows from late May to mid-June 1970. The lineup featured Ramblin' Jack Elliott, Jerry Hahn Brotherhood, Boz Scaggs, John Fahey, Lightnin' Hopkins, and the Rhythm Dukes (which included Jerry Miller and Bill Champlin).

The artwork was done by Mark T. Behrens, who has signed it on the back of the board. The piece measures 19 1/4" x 24 3/4" and is in excellent condition.
