Check out this awesome Jerry Garcia Band poster! It features the JGB performing at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The show took place on November 15th, 1991, with Blues Traveler opening for them. This large venue reflects Jerry Garcia's immense popularity in New York. The artwork was created by Arlene Owseichik, the long-time Art Director for Bill Graham Presents, using a fantastic photo by Ken Fiedman, a staff photographer for Bill Graham Presents. The show coincided with the release of the Garcia Band album, "Run for the Roses," and the poster promotes the new album release by Arista Records. The poster also mentions the availability of the record on both cassettes and compact discs, which dates it. This poster is BGP #49 in the series and measures 22" x 26". It's in near mint minus condition, with only a little handling in the bottom right corner, and is printed on thin glossy paper stock. Overall, it's in superb condition for its size and paper stock.
