AUCTION - Grateful Dead - "Angry Arts" - 2-Sided 1967 Handbill - Longshoremen's Hall - Near Mint Minus

Offered here is an exceptionally rare original handbill for the "Week of Angry Arts" benefit concert held on April 9, 1967. This historic performance features an iconic lineup including the Grateful Dead, Big Brother & The Holding Company with Janis Joplin, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Country Joe & the Fish, and Sopwith Camel. The design is distinct for its vertical "Plus the Grateful Dead" red lettering along the left margin, and the concert details are further documented on the reverse alongside other events from that week.

Measuring 8 1/2" x 11", this rare piece is in Near Mint Minus condition, featuring light bends, minor red printing-ink stains, and a discreet "1967" penciled on the reverse.
