Here is a classic poster from the Family Dog series, FD14 (The Zig-Zag man), featuring Big Brother & The Holding Co. with Janis Joplin, who had only been with the band for two weeks. Quicksilver Messenger Service also performed at the event on June 24-25, 1966. The poster was designed by Alton Kelley & Stanley Mouse, and they have personally hand-signed this second print in pencil in the bottom margin. This vintage poster is 57 years old and measures 14 1/4" x 19 15/16". It is in near mint minus condition with slight bumps along the left edge and a rubber stamp on the reverse.
