AUCTION - Coachella - 2008 Poster - Black Velvet Variant - Emek - Mint

This is an original first printing silkscreen concert poster for the 2008 Coachella Music & Arts Festival, which took place at Empire Polo Field in Indio, CA, from April 25 to April 27, 2008. The headliners for 2008 included Roger Waters (performing Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon"), Jack Johnson, Portishead, My Morning Jacket, The Verve, Love & Rockets, The Raconteurs, and many more.

The artwork is by Emek, who has signed it in white pen and numbered the piece. This Black variant is an edition of 50 and is printed on black velvet stock. It is in mint condition and measures 22" x 30 1/4".
