Here we have a wonderful opportunity to own an uncut proof of an iconic Bill Graham Presents poster. This is the Who and the Grateful Dead together at the Oakland Stadium. The show dates were October 9–10, 1976. Stupendous artwork is by Phil Garris, who did the album cover art for the Grateful Dead's "Blues For Allah" record. The technical work involved in Garris' art is staggeringly good. His ability to do stone in such magnificent detail is really unsurpassed. With this kind of talent and dedication, the piece really presents well and stands the test of time. Masterful work. This uncut artist proof from Tea Lautrec Litho measures 23" x 29". In Near Mint Minus condition, with only light handling on each side from having been rolled. An uncut proof of this size in this shape is a real find. Not to mention, it's The Who and the Dead!
