AUCTION - AOR 4.147 - The Rolling Stones - David Singer Signed - 1973 Poster - Hawaii - Very Good

An original first-printing concert poster for the Rolling Stones playing at the Honolulu International Center in Hawaii on Sunday and Monday, January 21 & 22, 1973. The poster features striking artwork of horses running through water in a seemingly magical kingdom setting, with rainbow colors and scores of birds. At Mick Jagger's request, the barely known Texas band ZZ Top opened all three shows! This poster is by David Singer and Wilfred Satty.  It's signed by its co-creator, David Singer, at the bottom and also added "Happy Birthday - Nikki". It's also signed in the bottom left, not sure whose that is. It is pictured in the Art of Rock book on page 379, plate 4.147.

Measures 20 1/4" x 28 1/2" and is in Very Good condition with handling bends, scratches, a small tear at the top and lower right, single tack holes in the corners, and some dried tape on the back.
