AUCTION - AOR 3.153 - Chambers Brothers - Carl Lundgren - 1967 Poster - Grande Ballroom - Excellent

We are pleased to offer this extremely rare Grande Ballroom poster for the Chambers Brothers at the legendary Grande Ballroom in Detroit. This poster was created by psychedelic poster artist, Carl Lundgren. That’s right. The Carl Lundgren who created the ‘Vanessa’ poster. The poster is featured in the Art of Rock, as plate AOR 3.153. The poster measures about 23 3/8” x 13 7/8”. The condition is excellent. It does have a 3” tear that has been sealed, a bottom left small corner bend, as well as subtle handling. The poster was printed on thin stock, so these issues are expected. It does present extremely well. We can’t recall when we last had one pass through our hands!
