Offered here is an original concert poster for a Soundproof Productions event held at the Avalon Ballroom in February 1969. Featuring performances by the Steve Miller Band, Allmen Joy, and Linn County, with a light show by Jerry Abrams, this poster captures a pivotal moment in San Francisco music history. Soundproof Productions emerged in 1969 following the closure of the Avalon Ballroom under Chet Helms’ Family Dog organization in late 1968.

This particular example is signed in pencil by the artist, Alton Kelley, in the lower right corner and remains in Near-Mint Minus condition with only light handling and measures 12" x 18".
