AUCTION - Alice Cooper - Portland Memorial Coliseum - 1973 Concert Poster - Near Mint Minus
AUCTION - Alice Cooper - Portland Memorial Coliseum - 1973 Concert Poster - Near Mint Minus
The 'Billion Dollar Babies' tour originally began as a project titled 'Alice At The Palace.' It was intended to be a Broadway-style production choreographed by 'Follies' star Michael Bennett at the Palace Theatre; however, the venue pulled out. The project was then moved to a 1,700-seat Broadway theatre for a five-day run in mid-February 1972, but that too was canceled. Ultimately, the 'Billion Dollar Babies' US tour commenced instead. The poster measures approximately 14" x 22" and is in Near Mint Minus condition with light toning and a small corner bend in the lower left.
