Here is a beautiful poster for three nights at The Warfield in San Francisco with Phil Lesh, Steve Kimock, John Molo, Trey Anastasio, Page McConnell, and Donna Jean Godchaux-MacKay. This classic Phish/Lesh mashup poster is by Michael Everett. The dates were April 15-17, 1999.  The artist Micahel Everett has signed this poster in gold ink, it's in excellent condition with light handling and two pieces of framer's tape on the top margin of the reverse. It measures 13" x 19".
