AUCTION - AOR 2.192 - Grateful Dead - Mouse & Kelley - 1967 Handbill - Fan Club Mailer - Excellent

This is an original, first and only printing of the Grateful Dead fan club mailer. It was designed by Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse and was mailed to a man in Millbrae, CA, on May 15, 1967. The mailer features a rubber stamp that reads "Grateful Dead Fan Club, P.O. Box, San Francisco." It is illustrated on page 187, plate 2.192 of the book *The Art of Rock*. The dimensions are approximately 7 7/8" x 10 5/8". 
Condition: Excellent. It was previously folded in half and stapled for mailing, but now lays flat and is super clean.
