This is a rare, original concert poster from the Ark, which was located in Sausalito, CA., Just across the Golden Gate Bridge. The bands were the Charlatans, Big Brother and the Holding Company (with Janis Joplin), the Final Solution, and others. The show date was December 26, 1966. The design is by Stanley Mouse. Pictured in the Art of Rock book on page 171, plate 2.130. The poster measures 12 1/8" x 16 15/16". Printed only once. The condition is Excellent, with three corner bends and an edge ding at the top near the center.
