AUCTION - The Beatles - 1967 Look Magazine - 5 Poster Set - Richard Avedon - Very Good

We are pleased to offer this iconic set of five Beatles posters, designed by fashion photographer Richard Avedon. This set was commissioned by The Beatles' publishing and management company, NEMS. The posters were published in the U.S., England, Germany, and Japan.

This specific collection is from the Look Magazine set, which was available through mail order and is larger and far rarer than the often-offered Stern version (19 x 27 inches). The set consists of four individual psychedelic images of each band member and a banner featuring the entire band. Each individual poster measures approximately 31" x 22.5", while the banner measures 40" x 14".

The condition of the set is very good. There are some tears in the George, Paul, and full band posters, along with handling bends, age spots, and tape pulls on the reverse. This is a great opportunity to acquire this iconic pop culture set of The Beatles!
