Offered for auction is a fabulous, iconic festival poster for the Texas International Pop Festival, held August 30-September 1, 1969. Two weeks after Woodstock. The lineup is impressive: Led Zeppelin, Janis Joplin, Sly and the Family Stone, Crosby Stills Nash and Young, B.B. King, Sam and Dave, and tons of others too numerous to mention. The poster measures about 18 1/4" X 25". The condition is rough, with pinholes, handling, folds, edge tears, tape, and writing on reverse.
