AUCTION - Steve Miller Blues Band - 1967 Poster - Straight Theater - Excellent

This very psychedelic concert poster for a trio of shows held at the Straight Theater in the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco, CA. Here we have the Steve Miller Blues Band, along with Second Coming and Congress of Wonders performing. The truly trippy artwork is a collaboration between R. Harwayne and D. Seibert. Printed by Double – H Press, which happened to be just down the street on Haight. Great overlay work in purple and orange! The poster also mentions a play to be performed on the first night. Something for everybody at the Straight Theater, the veritable heartbeat of the Haight – Ashbury. The poster, printed on thin, glossy stock, measures 14" x 20". This visually exciting piece is in Excellent condition, with a pinhole in each corner, light handling throughout and a couple of small moisture stains along the bottom right edge. So psychedelic!
