AUCTION - Psychedelic Pacific Ballet - Bob Schnepf - 1967 Poster - San Francisco - Mint
AUCTION - Psychedelic Pacific Ballet - Bob Schnepf - 1967 Poster - San Francisco - Mint
Here is a unique double-sided poster designed by Avalon Ballroom artist, Bob Schnepf. The poster promotes the Pacific Ballet Company’s Spring 1967 schedule, featuring the infamous Mark Wilde Ballet Company. The venue for the shows was the Veterans War Memorial Auditorium in San Francisco. This is a kinetically designed poster that appears to move under a color wheel. Sort of like Moscoso’s work. It measures about 19 5/8” x 13 1/8”. The condition is mint. Always cool to find a psychedelic poster from the 1960’s that is not advertising a rock concert.
