AUCTION - Chambers Brothers - 1968 Poster - Concord, CA - Excellent

This concert poster, offered for auction, is a very rare piece from Concord, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. The show took place on July 27th, 1968 at the Concord Coliseum and featured The Chambers Brothers, Queenlily Soap, and The Dynamics. The poster's artwork, by Alan F. Kibuchi, depicts an Indigenous American in a dark green line drawing on a light yellow background. Measuring 12 1/4" x 18 1/4", the poster is in excellent condition with some toning on the edges and soft corners. These smaller California town posters had a much smaller print run compared to their San Francisco counterparts from the Fillmore or Family Dog. It is believed that this poster is possibly unique, as it is the only example that has been seen. It is considered super rare.
