AUCTION - AOR 2.217 - Human Be-In - Allen Ginsberg & Stanley Mouse SIGNED - 1967 Poster - Excellent

Here is a special treat: an original, first print of Mouse & Kelley's "Human Be-In" poster. The Human Be-In was a free concert/event held in Golden Gate Park on January 14th, 1967, which marked the beginning of the Summer of Love. The event featured bands such as Grateful Dead, and Quicksilver Messenger Service, as well as key speakers like Timothy Leary and Allen Ginsberg. What makes this poster extra special is that both Allen Ginsberg and Stanley Mouse have hand-signed it in pencil at the bottom. Additionally, there are drawings by Stanley Mouse on the reverse side, signed and dated 1967. This truly makes it a one-of-a-kind piece. This poster is even featured in the Art of Rock book on page 198, plate 2.217, and measures 14 1/4" x 20". Its condition is Excellent, with light handling and soft corners. This is a truly unique find.
