AUCTION - AOR 2.188 - Acid Test - Grateful Dead - 1966 Poster - S.F. State - Very Good

We are thrilled to offer an original Acid Test poster for auction. This is the S. F. State College "Whatever It Is " Festival. Three days "researching "How Can We Go Higher?" Bands included the Grateful Dead, Mimi Farina, and others. This poster is pictured in the Art of Rock book on page 187, plate 2.188. Finding any Acid Test poster is very hard. It has been years since we have had one of these. The list of participants is glued on at the last minute and over the years the glue dries up and it falls off. This one is still attached. Very rare. The poster measures 14" x 22". The condition is Very Good, with handling, pinholes, corner bends, a brown stain in the lower right, and the word "WANT" written in yellow on the reverse. That said, it presents well, especially for such a rare poster.
