AUCTION - AOR 4.93 - Grateful Dead - Euphoria - San Andreas Fault - 1970 Poster - Good

The image became famous when it was used to advertise a Grateful Dead concert at Euphoria in July 1970. Euphoria, also known as Pepperland, was a small venue in San Rafael that showcased many emerging Bay Area bands. Posters from Euphoria are rare today because they were only printed in small quantities. This particular poster is one of the most well-known from the venue and is hardly ever available for purchase. Originally, only one show was scheduled for July 14, but another show on July 16 was added later, and all copies of the poster include this updated information.  This copy, however, escaped without the inclusion of the added handwritten date. It is the first time we have come across one without it! San Andreas Fault was the artist. It's in good condition with handling bends throughout, toning, stains and some cracks in the ink.
