AUCTION - Grateful Dead/NRPS - Fillmore East - 1971 Concert Program - Near Mint

Here’s a very cool artifact from Bill Graham’s Fillmore East. Unlike the Fillmore West which produced posters to promote their concerts, the Fillmore East handed out cool concert programs with descriptions of the shows, advertisements for local stores, upcoming shows, and new album releases. The Grateful Dead were at the top of their game here following the 1970 release of both Workingman’s Dead & American Beauty. The program measures 8 ½” x 5 ½”. This is Volume 3, No.23. The Fillmore East produced three volumes, with artwork by the late David Byrd, totaling 135 programs. The condition is near mint.
