AUCTION - Jefferson Airplane - 1st Edwardian Ball - 1966 Handbill - S.F. State College - Near Mint Minus

This is a very rare original handbill from San Francisco State College promoting their Homecoming events in 1966, specifically from November 4 to 6. It was printed in small quantities at the campus bookstore to inform students about the fall events.The Associated Students of San Francisco State College present Homecoming:  
- **Friday, November 4**: A rock dance will take place at the Blues House basement on the women’s soccer field, alongside a performance by The Mime Troupe, a minstrel show, in the men’s gym. This event predates the human be-in and everything that followed.  
- **Sunday, November 6**: The event "Coming Home" will feature the first Edwardian Ball, with a performance by Jefferson Airplane at the Fillmore Auditorium.
Please note that the poster for the Edwardian Ball featuring Jefferson Airplane, created by Stanley Mouse, came after this announcement. The artwork was done by Royce Vaughan, based on a drawing by Jean de Bouiller.
The handbill was printed on goldenrod stock, measures 8.5" x 11", and is in near mint minus condition with minimal handling wear.
