AUCTION - BG-41 - Grateful Dead - Wes Wilson - 1966 Poster - Fillmore Auditorium - Near Mint

This is a first-printing concert poster from the San Francisco shows featuring the Grateful Dead, Big Mama Mae Thornton, and Tim Rose at the Fillmore Auditorium. The performances took place on Friday and Saturday nights, as well as a Sunday matinee, from December 9 to 11, 1966. 

The poster was designed by Wes Wilson and is known as BG-41 in the Bill Graham numbered series. It is in near mint condition and is a stunning piece that measures 14" x 22".
