AUCTION - 5th Dimension - Gary Grimshaw - 1972 Poster - Hill Auditorium - Near Mint Minus

The 5th Dimension was enjoying considerable success with their hit single, "(Last Night) I Didn’t Get to Sleep at All," when this concert took place in November 1972 at Bowen Field House, Eastern Michigan University, in Ypsilanti. The poster, designed by Gary Grimshaw, features a photograph of the band and was printed using a split-fountain technique that produces lovely pastel colors. We have only seen a few other examples of this very rare poster, and it may be quite some time before another one becomes available. It's in near mint minus condition with a handling bend in the upper left, a corner bend in the top right and light foxing.
