Auction - BG-230A - Pink Floyd - Original 1970 Poster - Fillmore West - Near Mint Minus

Here is a very uncommon & popular poster for Pink Floyd’s one-night show at the Fillmore West in 1970. The poster was designed by Pat Hanks. 1970 marked the release of their LP, Meddle, which gave a glimpse of what was to follow. It featured their longest track ever recorded, Echoes, which foreshadowed Dark Side of the Moon. The poster is referred to as BG-230A-OP-1 in Eric King’s Guide to psychedelic poster art. This is the original first & only printing. It measures about 22” X 14”. The condition is near mint minus with a minor upper right corner bend and very subtle handling. A sharp copy, for sure!
