Offered here is the original 1st print poster designed to promote the Northern California Folk-Rock Festival, presented by Bob Blodgett at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds from May 23-25, 1969. This stellar event showcased performances by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane, the Chambers Brothers, Eric Burdon, Spirit, Canned Heat and many more. What an extraordinary line-up! To the best of our knowledge, this is the only poster that features Hendrix & Zeppelin on the same bill! This very attractive psychedelic poster features an image of 3 scantily-clad females. It was designed by Linda Segul, who is credited at the lower right. The poster measures approximately 20” x 14” and is in spectacular near mint/mint condition. A true collectors item.
