We are very pleased to offer Altin Kelley and Stanley Mouse's "Five Men in a Boat". This is one of the very few Avalon Ballroom posters that was never reprinted, making it particularly difficult to find. Mouse designed this split fountain poster for shows featuring Bo Diddley & The Sons of Adam at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, in 1966. Chet Helms printed only 1000 copies of this first & only original printing. The split fountain process can vary considerably throughout the print run. Many lack the orange & have just the red without the progression to orange. Stanley Mouse has signed this poster in pencil. The poster measures 12 3/8" x 20". The copy offered here is in very good condition with toning, light stains, and a tack hole in each corner.  You will not be disappointed to add this very desirable poster to your collection.
