AUCTION - The Police - Band Signed - Davis, CA - 1979 Poster - Very Good

Offered here is an original, concert poster for The Police. This is very early in their career. The date was March 5, 1979. Note the ticket prices – $3.00 for students and $4.00 for the general public. The concert was held in Davis, CA. At the UC Davis Coffeehouse. This venue only held 200–300 people. As a bonus, on the reverse, the band has hand signed this poster. The opening band, the Ready-mades, have also hand signed this poster on the back. 44 years ago! This is the first one we have seen. The poster measures 8 1/4" x 13 1/8". The condition is Very Good, with partial paper loss on the bottom edge, bends and handling.
