AUCTION - Talking Heads - Dan Ziegler - 1983 Concert Poster - Greek Theater UC Berkeley - Very Good

Here is a rare, original Talking Heads poster from their performances at the Greek Theater at UC  Berkeley, on September 2nd and 4th, 1983. The shows were presented by Bill Graham and Cal Performances. 1983 was a notable year for Talking Heads, especially known for the iconic "big suit" look. Many fans regard this tour as the most memorable, as it introduced thousands of new listeners to the band and their music. At the time, no one realized it would be their final major tour. The artwork for the poster was created by Daniel Zigler, who designed many rock and jazz posters.
 The poster is in very good condition, measuring 14.5" x 22". It does have waviness due to moisture exposure, handling bends, a small tear in the mid-right edge and a yellow stain on the reverse side.
