AUCTION - San Francisco - 1967 Psychedelic - Head Shop Poster - Near Mint

Please check out this cool, original poster from 1967. It’s a psychedelic interpretation, starting with the Golden Gate  Bridge in the upper left, Coit Tower to the left, an at the bottom are the world famous cable cars. Top it off with a pretty hippy girl at the top and the groovy hippy guy with his shades on. The most interesting thing, though, is the area on the left center that lists all the San Francisco clubs including the Fillmore, the Avalon, the Matrix, as well as jazz clubs like the Basin Street West, the Both/And, the Jazz Workshop and more. Listed on the signs at these clubs include bands like the Grateful Dead, Lenny Bruce, Moby Grape, Jefferson Airplane and more. Art by Tom Cervenak and Tom Connell. Published by San Francisco Impulse. The poster measures 13 3/4” X 20 3/8”. In near mint condition, with only a tiny ding on one edge.
