AUCTION - Psychedelic Shop - Art Show - 1966 Poster - San Francisco - Very Good

Talk about unusual. The world-famous Psychedelic Shop opened on January 1, 1966. This was more than a month before the Fillmore concerts began. This is the first art gallery-type showing of many to be held. The artist is Robert H. Ballard. The show date is January 3, just three days after the grand opening. Very rare. This is the first one of these we have seen. The poster measures 10 1/8" x 17". The condition is Very Good, with pinholes in the corners. Also has a piece of paper missing in the bottom left corner. A truly excellent example that presents well.
