Original blank-back handbill/card used to promote the second Annual Saginaw Pop Festival from August 26, 1969. Held at the State Park Roll-Air-Rink in Saginaw, Michigan. Bands include MC5, Bob Seger, rationals, Frijid Pink, and more. Designed by Michelle. No poster was made. This handbill measures 4 1/4" x 7 1/4".  In Near Mint Minus condition, with light handling and a light edge stain on the upper left side.
