Designed by Chet Helms and Wes Wilson, this early Family Dog handbill is simply known as “Paul Butterfield,” and is extremely rare. The central image of this handbill is a photograph of Bernard McFadden, a health food and fasting advocate from the 1920s.
The original handbill measures approximately 5″ x 8″ and is printed on white paper in black ink. the condition is excellent with very light stains in the upper right and lower right corners. A fantastic, early original.
