This is a classic, early, original concert handbill from the Bill Graham Fillmore series, specifically BG-17. The bands featured on this handbill are Jefferson Airplane and the Grateful Dead. The shows took place on July 15-17, 1966 at the Fillmore Auditorium. The handbill features a psychedelic design by Wes Wilson and is approximately 5 1/4" x 8 1/2" in size. As a great bonus, Wes Wilson has hand-signed this handbill in pencil in the lower right corner. The condition of the handbill is near mint, with a small, almost imperceptible bit of handling below the union logo in the bottom margin. Very hard to see.
