Here is a very popular Egyptian themed poster for the Jefferson Airplane and the Crazy World of Arthur Brown at Bill Graham’s Fillmore East in New York City. This show mark the debut of the Jefferson Airplane to the Fillmore East. As most collectors know, Bill didn’t produce many posters to promote his East coast shows. About 10 or 11 posters where produced. The shows were promoted largely by mailers and flyers & a program was typically left on the seat for patrons. This is number 6 in the Fillmore East poster series. It measures about 22 1/4” x 13”. David Byrd has signed the poster in black sharpie. The poster is in near mint/mint condition. A very attractive and popular image!
