We are pleased to offer this fantastic, original concert poster from The Ark, a historic venue housed on a repurposed paddle boat in Sausalito, California. This poster advertises a performance by Big Brother & The Holding Company, featuring Janis Joplin, with support from Jack the Ripper. The Ark was a unique nightlife destination where bands frequently played into the early morning hours after completing sets at the Fillmore or Avalon Ballrooms.

This piece is documented in the Art of Rock (page 224, plate 2.309) and measures 16 1/4" x 22". It is in superb, near-mint condition, making it an exceptional addition to any collection.
