NYC Lemar Will Demonstrate at 6th Precinct Station on Saturday, February 13, 1965. On Saturday, February 6, 1965, Peter Orlovsky, Charleston T. Smith, and Charles Gervin Hayden were issued summonses for selling issues of The Marijuana Newsletter. This flyer was for a protest demonstration to be held at the sixth precinct station for a violation of Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Speech! This handbill measures 8 1/2" X 11". Condition is Excellent, with two edge tears on the left side and light handling. The only one we have seen.
