Led Zeppelin, MC5, Sun Ra, and the Golden Earrings all played on May 16-18, 1969. Led Zeppelin was a last-minute addition to the bill and Detroit artist Gary Grimshaw had already submitted the artwork to the printers. This meant that\u003cstrong\u003e Led Zeppelin\u003c\/strong\u003e had to be \u003cstrong\u003eadded to the bill, with a revised lineup\u003c\/strong\u003e, along with the door price all on the reverse of the postcard. These postcards were essentially run through the printer twice and subsequently became the rarest version of the card. Postcards without Led Zeppelin printed on it were already being distributed in Detroit, so they hastily added the info to the remaining postcards, yet to be distributed. Super rare and super desirable. The Golden Earrings, incidentally, were on their first trip to America From Holland, several years before \"Radar Love\" took over our airwaves, and they dropped the \"S\" from their name. This Led Zeppelin, MC5, Sun Ra, and Golden Earrings postcard measures 4\" x 7\". The piece is in \u003cstrong\u003eNear Mint Minus\u003c\/strong\u003e condition, with just some soft corner tips.
